MVS-P6HD blue-light structured scanning, three modules, 72 MP textures and 4.5 million point-cloud points

MVS-P6HD

High-frequency blue-light capture records 3D facial and perioral data while helping reduce interference from ambient light and slight movement, providing clear data for maxillofacial workflows.

Fast Capture and Efficient Imaging

Operate the system with a smart remote or onboard controls. The automatic lift supports facial scanning. A single scan takes 0.5 seconds.

Ultra-High-Resolution Texture Mapping

Three high-resolution DSLR cameras capture 72 MP textures with pore-level detail to represent natural facial features.

High Precision with Clear Edge Detail

A detailed mesh is generated from 4.5 million point-cloud points. The system captures facial and dental regions to produce a complete 3D model for assessment.

180° field of view, three scanning modules, 11 groups of fill lights and full-face 3D capture

Panoramic, Full-Face Coverage

A 180° field of view and three coordinated scanning modules capture the full face. Eleven groups of soft fill lights help reduce shadows and support complete models for facial analysis and simulation.

Dual Displays

The dual-display system can mirror the view on both screens. The front screen helps the subject position their face; the rear touchscreen supports operation and live preview.

Continuous scanning of jaw movement, TMJ motion and occlusion

Continuous Scanning

During oral and maxillofacial scanning, the subject can open and close the mouth for continuous capture of mandibular movement. Review temporomandibular joint motion, mouth opening, occlusion and dynamic changes in the dentition.

Precision Enhancement

Focused dental capture reduces 3D point spacing by up to 45%, helping record fine tooth structures with greater clarity.

Improved precision in oral regions, reduced point spacing and detailed dental capture

Soft Fill Lighting

Eleven groups of evenly distributed fill lights help reduce shadows around the nose, mouth and facial contours, providing consistent lighting for texture capture and 3D reconstruction.

Multiple groups of soft fill lights, shadow reduction and stable optical capture

Data Sharing

After capture, the system can transfer 3D models over the network to a clinician workstation for analysis, simulation design and comparison.

FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions

The MVS-P6HD has 0.02 mm repeatability and ±0.05 ml volumetric accuracy. Three scanning modules provide automatic 180° lift capture, 72-megapixel imaging and a 4.5-million-point cloud for high-precision clinical quantitative assessment.

The MVS-P6HD is designed for dentistry and oral and maxillofacial reconstruction, dental laboratories and digital dental technology centers, dental equipment manufacturers, and dental research and education. It is also suitable for public tertiary hospitals, research institutes and large medical aesthetics groups.

A single facial scan takes less than 0.5 seconds. With automatic 180° lift capture and three high-definition DSLR cameras, a high-precision 3D model is generated in about 80 seconds.

It exports standard OBJ, STL and CIE 3D formats and provides standard APIs for integration with leading medical aesthetics management and HIS systems. A data-sharing port can automatically transfer models to doctors.

The MVS-P6HD is designed for ultra-high-precision clinical quantitative assessment, with 0.02 mm repeatability, 72-megapixel imaging and 0.05 ml volumetric measurement accuracy. The MVS-C6HD uses a 4.8-megapixel industrial camera and has 0.1 ml volumetric measurement accuracy. The MVS-P6HD provides higher image clarity and accuracy.

The device includes a three-year warranty and dedicated customer support daily from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. (7 days a week, 10 hours a day). Standard on-site training takes two working days, and software upgrades are free for three years.
