The 4th China (Anhui) Scientific and Technological Innovation Achievements Transfer and Trading Conference (the "Science and Technology Exchange") was held at the Hefei Binhu International Convention and Exhibition Center. CASZM presented the ZETTA 3D skin analyzer, showcasing how 3D digital technology has been transferred into skin analysis applications.
The exchange: connecting scientific achievements with industry
The three-day event was themed "science and technology first, innovation wins the future" and, for the first time, invited Shanghai as guest province of honor to deepen the integration of technological and industrial innovation in the Yangtze River Delta.
According to the organizers, the event collected 4,244 scientific and technological achievements and selected 2,871 high-quality achievements from more than 1,000 organizations for on-site exhibition, with first-time releases accounting for over 30%. For exhibitors, it was a concentrated opportunity to meet industry clients, investors and local demand.
ZETTA: three capabilities in one device
ZETTA supports automated rotating scanning, multispectral switching and high-pixel imaging. It carries 56-megapixel texture and 3D measurement accuracy of ±0.2mm, with total scan time under 25 seconds, capturing facial contour and skin images in a single session.
On the software side, ZETTA performs layered analysis of spots, wrinkles, texture and pores, supports facial simulation design and quantification, and outputs inspection reports. Algorithms and data storage are local, which suits settings with data security requirements.
On-site discussions: where the questions focused
During the event, the CASZM team discussed product functions, application scenarios and industry needs with guests. Rather than asking about specifications alone, many guests wanted to know whether the device connects with existing skin testing services, whether reports can be used in client communication, and how training and maintenance would be arranged.
These questions also helped the team see regional market differences more clearly: some clinics value the professional depth of skin analysis, while others value consultation communication and client experience.
From the expo back to real-world settings
As a national high-tech enterprise incubated by the Shenzhen Institute of Advanced Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences, CASZM sees the exchange as a test of technology transfer: whether the technology can be explained clearly, whether the product is usable, and whether service can keep up.
